Albert Ernest Markes (British 1865-1901), Man-o-War in a Choppy Sea

Albert Ernest Markes lived from 1865 to 1901. He was the eldest son of Richard Markes, Marine Painter of Newquay and became a successful marine painter on the South Coast and in Belgium and Holland.
